"Shockingly, the cookies are good every time"
I’ve stopped at a few Great American Cookies in different malls, and somehow they’ve all managed to be consistently good. Fresh cookies, friendly staff, and my kids magically remember exactly what they want the second we walk up. I know, truly groundbreaking stuff. Never had a bad visit, that’s why we keep going back.

I remember feeling relieved when I ordered because the whole payment part was so smooth. I picked my cookies, chose a payment option, and my card went through right away with no random extra steps or confusing screens. It made the whole thing feel way easier than I expected, which was a nice little win in the moment.

"They Fixed It, Thankfully"
There was a little mix-up with my cookie order, which was not exactly ideal, but the staff fixed it quickly. They were actually really nice about it too, so credit where it’s due. I’d order again, assuming my cookies end up where they’re supposed to next time.

I had a problem with my cookie cake order, which was kind of disappointing at first. That said, customer support got back to me really quickly and fixed it without making me jump through hoops. I still wish the order had been right the first time, but I appreciated how easy they made it to sort out

I stopped in after work and, i wasn’t sure how long it was going to take since there were a few people ahead of me. But the line moved fast — I think I waited maybe 3 minutes? The cookies were ready, and the staff was nice, so it was a easy stop.

"Packaging held up really well"
I’d been stuck inside all day feeling kind of trapped, so getting these cookies delivered was a nice little break. The box was really sturdy, nothing was smashed, and the cookies still looked neat when I opened it. I was genuinely happy with the packaging

I ordered a cookie cake online for my son’s birthday, i was a little suspicious it would get messed up somehow because online custom orders can be hit or miss. But the site was easy to use, didn’t glitch on me, and I liked that I could choose a pickup time. When I got there, the cake was actually ready and looked just like what I had written in the notes, which I was not totally expecting. The cookies were fresh too. I’d order again...

"They actually had the cookies I wanted"
I checked greatamericancookies.com before placing my order because I didn’t want to waste time finding out everything was unavailable at the last second. To be fair, they had pretty much all the stuff I was looking for, including the cookie cake, regular cookies, and the flavors my kids actually like. There weren’t any annoying out-of-stock surprises at checkout either, which I appreciate. It was easy enough and saved me from having to call the store.

I really appreciate that Great American Cookies has hours that actually fit into a normal person’s life. Most places are always closed right when you finally have time to go, but I was able to stop by after work and didn’t feel rushed at all. I also checked the hours on their website before heading over, which was super easy and saved me from making a wasted trip. It’s a small thing, but it makes a big difference

Stopped in for some cookies the first thing I noticed was how clean the place was. The counters were wiped down, the floor wasn’t sticky, and the display case looked really well kept. It just felt like they actually care about doing things the right way and giving customers a place they can feel good about buying from. The staff was friendly too, which was a nice bonus. I’d definitely go back.

"Tasty cookies, but allergen info takes some digging"
I really liked the cookies overall, and they tasted fresh, but I wish the allergen and dietary info on the website was easier to find. I ended up clicking around more than I expected just to figure out ingredients and possible cross-contact warnings. The cookies themselves are solid, but the ordering process would feel a lot more reassuring if that info was clearer upfront.

"Decent at First Glance, but Kind of Annoying"
It looked decent when I first saw it, but the design felt a little messy. I don’t have much patience for things that make me stop and figure out what’s going on, so it got irritating quickly.

So... the cookies were definitely tasty, and ordering was simple, which I appreciated. But the prices feel a little high for what you get. I don’t mind splurging once in a while, especially for a treat, but with the delivery fees added on, the value just doesn’t feel amazing. I’d probably order again occasionally, just not all the time.
